Pagan Pathways by Rowan Scot-Ryder

Review of Pagan Pathways by Rowan Scot-Ryder:

Pagan Pathways by Rowan Scot-Ryder is a short intro to Paganism. While it covers most topics only in the broadest of terms, it does give some helpful information. This guide is directed towards those who are very new to Paganism. Those who are experienced might find the guide to be simple. However, it does give some very useful information even to the experience. Some of the topics covered are: herbology, crystals, and chakras. I found the section on Chakras to be the most informative. Although only the most basic aspects were covered, it did give a good base knowledge for the reader to start with. I did find the overall tone of the book to be very simple.

The guide gives you many exercises to practice and some interesting concepts to ponder. This guide has helped me build a structure for my meditation with an overall objective: Soul Journeying. It also has made me consider how I approach my rune readings in the mornings. Instead of asking the runes what is in store for me that day, I now feel it is more appropriate to ask what I should focus on during the day to help others the most.
