Learning Not To Drown by Anna Shinoda

Review:

Learning Not To Drown by Anna Shinoda is a young adult book that follows Clare through a summer and her senior year of high school. Clare is the youngest of three children and struggles with the skeletons in her family’s closet. This book contains flash backs that explain the history of the family. As Clare begins to rebel against her family, she discovers that her family is hiding more from her than she realizes. This book was an amazing story that did not want to be put down. I would recommend this book to all readers, but especially to teens who feel alone and like they are being haunted by their own skeletons.
