Fidget Spinners Destroyed My Family by George Billions

Review:

Fidget Spinners Destroyed My Family by George Billions was an interesting read. To be honest, the main character is an alcoholic mother who blames the destruction of her family on fidget spinners. Now while I think those particular toys are over-hyped, after reading the story (which is in first person, though if you read the Afterward you discover the author is not the narrator) I do not think that they are the reason for the problems in the book. I feel like both parents are to blame and prescription medication and alcohol did more damage to that family than anything else. Overall, it was a short read and while not a book I will re-read, it was an interesting story. I did think the narrator was extremely negative and whiny, but some people are just like that. If you’re looking for a quick read to fill some time, I would recommend this book.
