Beauty by Peter Liney

Review of Beauty by Peter Liney:

Beauty by Peter Liney is a novel about the future where beauty has become something people steal from one another. After years of horrible deaths where the beautiful are butchered for their faces and organs, people now strive to be as ugly as possible. However, among this plain society beauty in it’s most natural form has risen again. Will it survive or will it be destroyed? This book chronicles the story of Perry who tries to protect this beauty from he world, even against it’s will. I found this story to have some slow parts, but overall it was a great read and leaves you wondering if this is in fact the future of our society. Are we in fact doomed to love beauty so much that we will kill each other for it? I would recommend this book.
